Provide a new stuffed toy to ROCHESTER, OLMSTED COUNTY and SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA FIRST RESPONDERS (Police, Sheriff, Fire, Ambulance, and Medical Personnel) allowing them the opportunity to give the toys to children in traumatic situations that will help lower their stress, let them feel more at ease, and aid in communication.
